JO BROWN

Jo joined ForeTwo Group in March 2020 amid the COVID19 pandemic. Jo is a CIPP qualified Payroll Technician with a combination of 9 years of payroll and operations experience. Having previously worked for 2 of ForeTwo Group’s main competitors Jo brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team at both an admin and senior level of experience.

In her spare time Jo enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and her 6 stone black Labrador called Finn. She also enjoys anything “crafty” and scuba diving where she holds various PADI qualifications.

Dion Mitchell

Dion is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant, having gained his experience in both the UK and Australian Umbrella and Contractor Accountancy industry.

For the last 7 years, he has been based in London (where he qualified) and during this time, he has been involved in all aspects of running a contractor payroll and accountancy business. This includes the day to day Head Office finance operation to engaging with Contractor Payroll and Accountancy software providers such as Xero and FreeAgent. Dion brings a unique skill-set having qualifications in both the UK and Australian markets and also holds postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Finance.

In his spare time, Dion enjoys travelling, linguistics and languages, martial arts and boxing.

Laura Gee

Laura joined us in January 2022 and has over 4 years of payroll experience having previously worked in recruitment agency Payroll across Middle Eastern, European, African and UK Payroll. Laura describes herself as hardworking, highly motivated and ambitious and is keen to progress her payroll education within the industry and is planning on pursing her qualifications to ultimately become a full member (MCIPPdip) of Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals – CIPP.

Outside of work Laura is an avid reader and crafter, loves to go on as many city breaks as possible, and spend time with her Pug Lily.

ELISE PERRY

Elise has worked in the world of payroll for 3 years and has had great success through her passion for the industry. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients and being fully up to date on compliance and any legislation changes. Prior to working in the umbrella industry, she worked in recruitment where she specialised in sales, marketing and accountancy roles.

In her spare time, Elise enjoys discovering the bars and restaurants of London and having a cocktail or two.

She has been a vegetarian for 22 years and enjoys cooking, skiing, visiting the Greek islands and playing football.

CHARLOTTE JOHNSTONE

Charlotte has over 5 years experience within Contractor Payroll and Accountancy Industry.

Having previously worked at one of the largest providers in the market, she prides herself on the vast knowledge she has gained within all departments and sectors of the payroll and accountancy business.

At ForeTwo, Charlotte has recently been promoted to New Business Team Leader which she is very proud of and excited about. This is now an amazing opportunity to gain further leadership experience, alongside delivering the best possible service to both our partners and contractors.

Charlotte describes herself as a very motivated, hard working and ambitious person. She not only wants to further develop her own skills, but those of her colleagues around her.

Outside of work Charlotte likes to spend a lot of time with her daughter, family, dogs and horses.

Jeff Blakemore

As a Founding Director of ForeTwo Group, Jeff brings a wealth of Recruitment and Umbrella industry experience to the business, having previously worked as board member in both private equity and privately owned businesses alike.

Jeff’s expertise spans a number of years as a Director of a multi-disciplinary recruitment business, before becoming a Director at two well-known contractor payroll businesses. As Sales Director and a member of the Senior Management Team at Parasol (one of the largest providers in the market), he developed many key relationships across the industry, building successful teams and offering legislative and compliance support to many large industry brands. More recently, Jeff was appointed to the board of a well-established top tier Umbrella and Contactor Accountancy provider as Commercial Director. Over the years, he has helped many private and public sector recruitment agencies and their contractors navigate the ever changing legislative landscape.

Jeff’s vision is that ForeTwo becomes the go-to provider for outstanding service and the very best experience provided by a team who are all passionate about delivering excellence.

Outside of work, he spends much of his time with his wife Anna and their three children, Riley, Summer & India. His other interests include anything related to motorsports (Jeff is a self-confessed petrol head), sports in general, snowboarding, mountain biking and other outdoors activity – usually the more adrenaline filled, the better!

Beth Bradshaw

Beth has 6 years’ experience within the industry, working in multiple departments at one the UK’s biggest contractor accountancy and umbrella provider. Beth has assisted agencies and contractors with legislative changes throughout the years, advising on their enquiries and keeping the process of set up as streamline as possible for both parties. Beth takes pride in her “can do” attitude and works well in a faced paced environment, where she is always ready to roll her sleeves up and get stuck into a challenge and help the team.

In her spare time Beth enjoys a relaxed approach to life spending lots of time on mindfulness, meditating and yoga. You’ll often find her drinking a large Malbec whilst reading the latest mind body and soul book surrounded by her 3 cats!

Robert Easton

Robert is a qualified Accountant with over ten years experience in the Contractor Payroll sector, and a co-founder of ForeTwo Group.

Previously, he was Group Head of Finance and part of the Senior Management Team at Parasol, one of the largest providers in the UK market and more recently, Director of the largest Contractor payroll providers in Australia. He consistently contributed to the success of these businesses and gained a thorough understanding of the contractor payroll market, working within several private equity backed businesses. He brings a huge amount of experience working with complex multi-faceted payroll and finance operations to ForeTwo.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Alison, son Harry and their dogs. In between looking after the family and dogs, he is a keen amateur triathlete who enjoys outdoor pursuits.

Nikki Lee

Nikki has over 14 years’ experience in the contractor payroll and accountancy industry. She has a wealth industry knowledge and experience dealing with Umbrella, Limited Company (PSC) and CIS solutions, with a strong focus on compliance, legislative issues and operational processes.

Working for Brookson, one of the UK’s leading contract accountants, she started her career working within the payroll department, before progressing through customer services and sales, where she was a Managing a team of consultants.

Nikki describes herself as thorough and is focussed on providing contractors the very best possible advice and support, She is also extremely driven once she has a goal in sight. Out of work, she loves to spend time with her family, their dogs, Frankie and Mitzi and their parrot, Mojo. Nikki is a vegetarian, loves travelling and enjoys the occasional cocktail.

Hannah Wright

Hannah has worked in the Contractor Payroll & Accounting Industry for over 5 years at two of the largest firms in the UK. During this time, she has established and nurtured fantastic relationships with individuals at various recruitment agencies from entry to director level roles.

Hannah is passionate about working with a company that strives to deliver a high level of service by offering a personal touch to contractors and clients alike.

Outside of work, she is a now a dab hand at DIY, having bought and renovated her first home during the pandemic. When she doesn’t have a paint brush in her hand, she loves traveling to new places and experiencing new cultures, spending time with friends & family and is always up for a festival or gig!

Lynne Bird

Lynne has over 20 years payroll and operations experience. Earlier in her career, she worked in contractor payroll for Roevin Recruitment (part of the Adecco Group) and then worked her way up to become Operations Manager at Paystream, where she was involved in helping to grow the business by developing and fine tuning payroll and operational processes.

After a number of successful years there, Lynne moved on to become the Group Payroll Manager for EMR, where again she was involved in analysing the processes and providing first class service for all employees and other stakeholders in the business. Lynne’s ethos is attention to detail… attention to detail… attention to detail. In other words, get it right first time!

When Lynne isn’t in the office, she spends most of her time entertaining her young son, Connor and spending time with family and friends. Lynne also enjoys socialising, meeting new people, dining out and has a love for horses.

ADAM MAC VITIE

Adam is an experienced contractor accountant who gained his bachelor of business majoring in accounting in Queensland, Australia.

Having bought over his knowledge of accounting and contractor payroll from Australia, for the past 3 years he has been working as a limited company specialist in London. This has given him a high level of knowledge in both payroll and accountancy for contractor companies. His knowledge for information technology from his dual bachelors in Corporation System Management has meant that he is proficient and up-to-date in most accountancy software including Xero and Sage.

While he is not working, Adam has been visiting as many countries as he can in Europe while also following his love for sport, especially the Rugby.

Grant Gee

Grant is a highly experienced CFO and qualified Accountant with over 19 years experience within the contractor accounting and payroll industry in Australia. He is also Group CFO to Oncore Group and a Partner in ITG Accountants.

Grant brings expert financial and accounting skills to the Board, ensuring the company achieves successful growth every year. Grant is also involved in business strategy development and operating systems, delivering scaled development to ensure the company’s success.

When he’s not working, Grant loves to spend time with his family and is an avid sports fan.

Emily Brindle

Emily joined Fore Two Group in November 2021. A highly accomplished fully qualified accountant with over 8 years’ experience within the contractor payroll and accountancy industry. She initially started out as a Management Accountant for Optionis, being responsible for the Umbrella side of the business, then progressed on to becoming Finance Manager overseeing the Finance team and being responsible for the management accounts and reporting for Umbrella, Tax and 5 Accountancy brands.

In her spare time Emily enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Chris their 2 children Freya and Harry, and their beloved black Labrador Macy and they enjoy countryside walks in and around Rivington in Lancashire. Being partial to a bit of DIY, Emily likes a renovation project, so you can often find her decorating a room or two in their home which has been totally transformed.

Leanne Black

Leanne is a highly adaptable and experience relationship management professional having honed her skills within in the property and investment sector, dealing with high net-worth individuals, investors and professional networks. During her time in that space she managing a broad range of client portfolios and stakeholder relations, which have provided Leanne with all the skills necessary to manage a diverse portfolio of both regional and nationwide recruitment agency partners.

Leanne enjoys a challenge and is passionate about customer experience and service delivery. She also describes herself as being focussed on providing the best solutions for her clients, having strong negation skills and being creative when it comes to thinking of new opportunities.

When Leanne is not working, she loves hanging out with her sister’s enjoying a Sauv B or 3 and has a passion for travelling and cooking, although she hates flying and washing up!

Jonathan McDonough

Jonathan has 7 years’ experience working within the contractor payroll and accountancy industry for one of the largest contractor companies in the UK. He comes with vast experience in dealing with Umbrella, CIS, and limited companies.

He has built up an extensive knowledge of IR35 which has helped him advise both agencies and contractors on the changes in legislation, ensuring that they always remain compliant.

He describes himself as being ambitious, hardworking, customer focused and dedicated to providing the best advice for all contractors.
Outside of work, when not playing football or following his beloved St Helens RLFC , he can be found chasing after his son or spending time with family and friends and enjoying lots of days out.

Brenton Henderson

Brenton has been in the contracting and payroll industry for over 19 years having built a successful career on a platform of leading-edge technology and expert business management.

Brenton began his career in Oracle-based enterprise software development for the Department of Defence in Canberra, Australia before heading to the UK. As an independent contractor, Brenton worked as a senior IT consultant with leading UK corporations including KPMG and Prudential Life and Pensions. During this time, he subsequently identified a clear gap in the market for bringing together technology and contractor payroll services. Brenton’s intimate knowledge of the recruitment and financial industries was crucial in the establishment of Oncore Services, where he is a Founding Director. Brenton has a BAppSc in Mathematics and is also a Founder and Director of software service provider Gensolve in Australia and New Zealand. He brings a great deal of both tech knowledge and contractor payroll experience to the Board of ForeTwo.

Outside of work, when Brenton isn’t spending time with his family, he’s a keen sports enthusiast who loves rugby, Aussie rules, of course!
