Jeff Blakemore
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
As a Founding Director of ForeTwo Group, Jeff brings a wealth of Recruitment and Umbrella industry experience to the business, having previously worked as board member in both private equity and privately owned businesses alike.
Jeff’s expertise spans a number of years as a Director of a multi-disciplinary recruitment business, before becoming a Director at two well-known contractor payroll businesses. As Sales Director and a member of the Senior Management Team at Parasol (one of the largest providers in the market), he developed many key relationships across the industry, building successful teams and offering legislative and compliance support to many large industry brands. More recently, Jeff was appointed to the board of a well-established top tier Umbrella and Contactor Accountancy provider as Commercial Director. Over the years, he has helped many private and public sector recruitment agencies and their contractors navigate the ever changing legislative landscape.
Jeff’s vision is that ForeTwo becomes the go-to provider for outstanding service and the very best experience provided by a team who are all passionate about delivering excellence.
Outside of work, he spends much of his time with his wife Anna and their three children, Riley, Summer & India. His other interests include anything related to motorsports (Jeff is a self-confessed petrol head), sports in general, snowboarding, mountain biking and other outdoors activity – usually the more adrenaline filled, the better!
Robert Easton
Chief Financial Officer & Founder
Robert is a qualified Accountant with over ten years experience in the Contractor Payroll sector, and a co-founder of ForeTwo Group.
Previously, he was Group Head of Finance and part of the Senior Management Team at Parasol, one of the largest providers in the UK market and more recently, Director of the largest Contractor payroll providers in Australia. He consistently contributed to the success of these businesses and gained a thorough understanding of the contractor payroll market, working within several private equity backed businesses. He brings a huge amount of experience working with complex multi-faceted payroll and finance operations to ForeTwo.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Alison, son Harry and their dogs. In between looking after the family and dogs, he is a keen amateur triathlete who enjoys outdoor pursuits.
JO BROWN
Head of Payroll
Jo has been with ForeTwo since March 2020 and brings 16 years of industry experience, playing a key role in delivering payroll services with a strong focus on accuracy, care, and putting people first. A CIPP-qualified Payroll Technician, Jo is due to complete her three-year CIPP Foundation Degree in 2026 and is passionate about both professional development and looking after her team, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her husband, their two teenagers, and their very energetic 6-stone Labrador. When she’s not on family or dog duty, you’ll likely find her in the gym weight training or getting lost in a good book.
Charlotte Johnstone
Operations Director
Charlotte has 12 years experience within the Contractor Payroll and Accountancy Industry and has gained vast knowledge within all departments of the business.
At ForeTwo, Charlotte has received multiple promotions over the last 6 years with the most recent being Operations Director which she is very proud of and excited about. This is an amazing opportunity to gain further experience at a senior level, alongside delivering the best possible service to both our partners and contractors.
Charlotte describes herself as a very motivated, hard working and ambitious person. She not only wants to further develop her own skills, but those of her colleagues around her. Outside of work Charlotte likes to spend a lot of time with her daughter, family, dogs and horses.
Sophia Comber
Head of Accounting
Sophia joined ForeTwo Accounting in January 2026 and is an ACCA-qualified accountant with over 16 years’ experience in the accounting industry, working closely with contractors and SMEs. She is passionate about providing a service that makes clients feel valued, supported, and confident, while always delivering work in a timely and reliable manner.
Outside of the office, Sophia enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters. A girl racer at heart, she loves attending motorsport and drifting events, especially watching her husband out on track. In her downtime, Sophia enjoys going to the gym a couple of times a week and socialising with friends.
ELISE PERRY
Head of Partnerships
Elise has worked in the world of payroll for 7 years and has had great success through her passion for the industry. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients and being fully up to date on compliance and any legislation changes. Prior to working in the umbrella industry, she worked in recruitment where she specialised in sales, marketing and accountancy roles.
In her spare time, Elise enjoys spending time with her 1 year old daughter and fiancé and when they aren’t at home in London, you can probably find them in sunny Majorca.
She has been a vegetarian for 26 years and enjoys cooking, skiing, visiting new countries and playing football.
Jordan Ritchie
Senior Accountant
Jordan is a Senior Accountant at ForeTwo Accounting, supporting a range of clients with statutory accounts, tax computations and compliance matters.
He enjoys helping clients solve problems in a practical and straightforward way, while building strong working relationships and supporting businesses as they grow.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys travelling, good coffee and getting out on his motorbike whenever the weather allows.
Brenton Henderson
Board Advisor
Brenton has been in the contracting and payroll industry for over 19 years having built a successful career on a platform of leading-edge technology and expert business management.
Brenton began his career in Oracle-based enterprise software development for the Department of Defence in Canberra, Australia before heading to the UK. As an independent contractor, Brenton worked as a senior IT consultant with leading UK corporations including KPMG and Prudential Life and Pensions. During this time, he subsequently identified a clear gap in the market for bringing together technology and contractor payroll services. Brenton’s intimate knowledge of the recruitment and financial industries was crucial in the establishment of Oncore Services, where he is a Founding Director. Brenton has a BAppSc in Mathematics and is also a Founder and Director of software service provider Gensolve in Australia and New Zealand. He brings a great deal of both tech knowledge and contractor payroll experience to the Board of ForeTwo.
Outside of work, when Brenton isn’t spending time with his family, he’s a keen sports enthusiast who loves rugby, Aussie rules, of course!
Adam Berry
Payroll Senior
Adam has over 5 years of experience in the accountancy and payroll dealing with Umbrella and limited company queries on a daily basis. Over the past 6 years, he has developed his skills within the accountancy industry from self-assessment tax to the IR35 legislation. Adam describes himself as hardworking, customer focused and dedicated to providing the best service and advice. Outside of work, he follows his Rugby team Warrington Wolves around the country as well as spending the weekends with his son.
Emily Brindle
Head of Finance
Emily joined Fore Two Group in November 2021. A highly accomplished fully qualified accountant with over 8 years’ experience within the contractor payroll and accountancy industry. She initially started out as a Management Accountant for Optionis, being responsible for the Umbrella side of the business, then progressed on to becoming Finance Manager overseeing the Finance team and being responsible for the management accounts and reporting for Umbrella, Tax and 5 Accountancy brands.
In her spare time Emily enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Chris their 2 children Freya and Harry, and their beloved black Labrador Macy and they enjoy countryside walks in and around Rivington in Lancashire. Being partial to a bit of DIY, Emily likes a renovation project, so you can often find her decorating a room or two in their home which has been totally transformed.
Erin Whittaker
Senior Accountant
Erin joins ForeTwo Accounting as an AAT-qualified accountant with over three years of experience. Driven by a commitment to continuous professional development, she is currently studying toward her ACCA qualification.
As a highly motivated and diligent professional, Erin prides herself on delivering high quality work efficiently. She focuses on building strong, trusted client relationships, ensuring they feel thoroughly supported and their business needs are met.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her family and her Cockapoo, Maisie. She loves going for long walks, particularly in the Lake District, and has a passion for travelling the world and exploring new countries.
Ayshea Elfer
Payroll Senior
Ayshea has 5 years of experience in umbrella payroll and limited company accountancy. She puts the contractor at the heart of everything she does and is passionate about providing bespoke support and advice throughout the contracting journey. She has a wealth of knowledge on the industry from IR35 through to Self-Assessment.
Ayshea loves music, film, and her two cats, Link and Laney. She spends her spare time writing her own music and working with other local musicians and bands as a session singer.

Criz Igpuara
Sales Support Advisor
Criz has over a decade of experience supporting sales operations and is highly self sufficient, detail oriented and dependable, even in high pressure, compliance driven environments. Criz also brings strong communication skills, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the ability to prioritise effectively, which within the sales team is invaluable.
Aside from doing an incredible job supporting in sales, outside of work her days are filled with long bike rides and Netflix binges. Whether it’s chasing sunsets on two wheels or diving into the latest thriller series, it’s all about the journey.
Josie Worsley
Account Manager
Passionate about people, Josie prides herself on providing tailored support that truly meets the needs of our clients and workers. She combines her strong industry knowledge with a commitment to our values of excellence and compliance. Driven by a desire for continuous growth, Josie is excited to develop her professional career further, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance her skills and contribute even more to the team’s success.
Outside of work Josie enjoys spending time with family, exploring new countries and ice skating.
Dion Mitchell
Finance Director
Dion is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant, having gained his experience in both the UK and Australian Umbrella and Contractor Accountancy industry.
For the last 7 years, he has been based in London (where he qualified) and during this time,he has been involved in all aspects of running a contractor payroll and accountancy business. This includes the day to day Head Office finance operation to engaging with Contractor Payroll and Accountancy software providers such as Xero and FreeAgent. Dion brings a unique skill-set having qualifications in both the UK and Australian markets and also holds postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Finance.
In his spare time, Dion enjoys travelling, linguistics and languages, martial arts and boxing.
Jonathan McDonough
Sales Manager
Jonathan has 7 years’ experience working within the contractor payroll and accountancy industry for one of the largest contractor companies in the UK. He comes with vast experience in dealing with Umbrella, CIS, and limited companies.
He has built up an extensive knowledge of IR35 which has helped him advise both agencies and contractors on the changes in legislation, ensuring that they always remain compliant.
He describes himself as being ambitious, hardworking, customer focused and dedicated to providing the best advice for all contractors.
Outside of work, when not playing football or following his beloved St Helens RLFC , he can be found chasing after his son or spending time with family and friends and enjoying lots of days out.
Oliver Hill
Senior Business Development Manager
Over the last 4 years at ForeTwo, Oli has become best known for his warm personality, high energy, and genuine drive to help others succeed.
For Oli, payroll is all about the people. He loves building great relationships and always goes the extra mile to deliver a top quality, stress-free service.
Outside of work, Oli is a massive fitness fan. Whether he is playing football, boxing, or pushing himself in competitions, staying active is a huge part of his life. When he is not training, you will find him relaxing and catching up with his family and friends.
Mel Stirton
Account Manager
Mel brings 9 years of experience in the umbrella and accountancy sector, followed by 2 years in recruitment, so rest assured you are in brilliant hands! This background gives Mel a deep understanding of how vital a trustworthy payroll and accountancy partner truly is.
She describes herself as hardworking, passionate about helping others, and always equipped with a positive attitude.
Outside of work, Mel loves spending quality time with her family and her daughter, who constantly keeps everyone on their toes. She also enjoys great holidays and exploring new places!
Debs Swain
Payroll Customer Support Administrator
Deb brings five years of experience in the umbrella sector, with a career centred entirely on empowering contractors. Rather than just ticking boxes, she focuses on providing proactive guidance and a welcoming space where workers can get the clarity and encouragement they need to thrive in their roles.
Deb’s upbeat attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset make her an invaluable partner to her contractors. She is dedicated to fostering strong connections, ensuring that every worker feels personally looked after and fully supported at every stage.
When she isn’t supporting contractors, Deb enjoys long walks with her miniature dachshund, Shirley. She has a deep love for the sunshine and is usually planning her next travel adventure, whether with a group of friends or exploring somewhere new on her own. Closer to home, she treasures quality time with her grandchildren, who are always ready to join her next family outing.
Will Edwards
Senior Business Development Manager
With over 14 years industry experience, Will brings a wealth of experience to the Business Development team here at ForeTwo.
Since starting in the Umbrella industry in 2011, he has seen the evolution of the recruitment world and built up a comprehensive network within the market, gaining a solid understanding of what recruiters really want from their payroll provider.
Will seeks to build strong partnerships with recruitment agencies through his expert industry knowledge, and has supported a wide range of clients, ranging from SMEs to some of the top 10 PLCs in recruitment.
Outside of work, Will spends his time with his wife and 3 year old daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys going to gigs and is an avid Leeds United fan.
Nathan Jackson
Account Manager
Nathan has worked in the Umbrella industry since early 2023 and is extremely customer focused. Still being fairly new to the industry Nathan is keen to further his knowledge of both umbrella and limited companies. Nathan describes himself as hardworking and dedicated to providing the customer with the best service.
In his spare time Nathan enjoys watching football (Everton) and MMA and trains in Muay Thai twice a week. An all round fitness fanatic he runs 5k twice a week as well as regular gym visits. When he’s not keeping fit he enjoys going to clubs and festivals with friends.
