Background:
Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, employers with more than 250 staff must report their organisation’s gender pay gap. ForeTwo Group Limited therefore is required by law to carry out Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
What’s involved:
The requirements are that we publish the variances between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation through six pay comparison calculations. We are not required to and nor will we every publish an individual employee’s data. The legislation states we must publish the findings on our website as well as reporting them to the .GOV website.
